There are certain hormones secreted during sleep such as growth hormone and cortisol. By drinking coffee, tea, and chocolate have adverse effect in falling asleep. It is recommended to get better sleep of up to 8 hours daily.
6. Way of doing Exercise
There is some exceptional case where the aging process is not a result of age but poor body posture during exercise. You have to learn the way of doing exercise in an appropriate manner. Doing too much exercise breaks down the body cells.
Research suggests that person having chronic depression may age much faster than others. From the study, scientists have found that the length of cell structures called telomeres is getting shorter when people have severe depression. Aging is not only linked with depression, but also its time duration of having symptoms and Alzheimer too. You can have many ways to avoid depression by getting better sleep, doing exercise, meditation and looking for a brighter side of life.
8. Environmental Factors
Many research states that environmental factors play vital role in the aging process. Environmental pollution, exposure to the sun and toxic chemicals found in the diet and other similar products are taking part in aging.
9. Exposure to the Sun
It is the root cause of aging. Sun exposure up to some extent is pretty good and very healthy for the skin. But it must be limited because it contains harmful ultra-violet rays that can have harmful effects, people age faster than they should. It may cause skin cancer. UV rays give rise to skin burn, reduce the level of collagen in your skin, allow free radical cells to form which further cause wrinkles. Thus, it is better to use sunscreen to care for your skin even persons with darker complexions.
